Description
Greg Freres & Dennis Nordman are venturing into the world of “custom” Pinball with their first irreverent mash-up of Fruit Crate Labels, Classic Pin-Up Art, and the retro-styling’s of Pinball Art that they know so well.
The game, “Whoa Nellie! Big Juicy Melons” is a work-in-progress limited series of 3 games that they began designing in late 2009. “It’s like building a hot-rod from a classic car. The game is a highly modified pinball machine from 1957 and now looks like a stack of Fruit crates with a newly designed pinball playfield inside!”
The end result, due to be completed next spring, will be considered by many as “Art You Can Play”, taking the game of pinball to a new low-brow level in the world of art. “Industry insiders gone outsider.”
Be the first on your block (or even your state or country) to own a piece of Pinball History with this beautifully printed backglass from the soon to be completed game.
All backglasses are signed by Greg Freres & Dennis Nordman.
Silk-Screened 4-Color Process on 1/8 inch Plexiglass (24 ¼” x 26”)
