COVID Summer 2020 rolls on and things are constantly changing and evolving here at PBL as they are everywhere.
UPS is the only carrier we are currently using for the international shipment of parcels. If USPS ever manages to get their international shipping act together, we will once again offer their services.
After not offering domestic USPS as a shipping option in April and May, it is now once again an option during checkout (both standard and first class). However, USPS standard shipments (a.k.a. Priority Mail) have been averaging 1-2 weeks transit time. USPS First Class shipments are averaging 2-3 weeks transit time. USPS tracking statuses are not reliable and not always accurate.
Domestic UPS and FedEx seem to be operating within their normal delivery timeframes.
Local curbside pick up is now being offered. You will see that curbside option during the checkout process. If you have problems completing the online option of curbside pickup, simply email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Let either of us know what you would like to pick up and when you will be arriving. We will confirm the order and the pick up time in a return email. Please do not arrive without confirmation from one of us. Once you arrive, give us a call (847-515-3415) and let us know you are here. We will then bring your parts out to your vehicle.
