We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error free. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item on our site may not be available, an offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.
Customers are responsible for reading all product instructions provided electronically within a product listing on our web site or the instructions included with the product. Pinball Life is not responsible for replacement products due to mis-use, mis-handing or negligent installation of any product. Pinball Life is not liable for any damage that my be incurred to a pinball machine where the customer has installed a purchased product. Installation of all products is the sole liability of the customer.
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, Pinball Life will resolve the discrepancy, at our discretion, on all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. This resolution may involve coming to an agreed upon price with the customer or a cancellation of the order, resulting in a full refund.
All pricing is listed in US Dollars ($) on the website. When ordering outside of the United States, the funds captured for an order are in US Dollars. Credit card companies and PayPal may charge a currency conversion fee. Please contact your card issuer for further details. Pinball Life is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the shipping carriers for delivery of international orders.
We do not accept checks, money orders or term orders. All orders must be placed online and paid for in full at the time of purchase.
For credit card orders, your card will be charged in full when your order is completed on our website. When you place an order on our website, an authorization is placed on your credit card for the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your credit card to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. These authorizations may show as “pending” on your statement until the funds are settled. Authorizations will drop off from your online statement, typically within 1-2 business days.
Refunds and returns are processed with 2 business days of receiving returned products or for refunds associated with shipping or order modifications. Refunds can take 1-2 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. Refunds on debit cards, can potentially take longer to be credited to your bank account. The purchase authorization on debit cards will hold funds associated with your bank account, which can result in overdraft fees from your bank. Pinball Life assumes no liability for fees in the event of such an overdraft.
Pinball Life is operates out of the state of IL and charges sales tax on orders shipping to an address in the state of Illinois. See our FAQ section on our website for other states where sales tax is charged. This list of states changes based on our sales per state and the Wayfair VS South Dakota legislative ruling.

All of the information we receive from you in the registration process is transmitted over and stored on a secure server. You can only access your information after logging in with the unique e-mail and password combination you created during registration.
Our site uses HTTPS and is encrypted in-transit to safeguard your personal information. The site maintains Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and we do not store your credit card information. pinballlife.com is also scanned regularly to ensure the safety of our customer data.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 5 business days of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process.
There are rare occasions where our carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Carriers expect that the customer will make reasonable efforts to also try to locate the package by checking alternate drop off locations at the delivery address and checking with neighbors to see if the box was mis-delivered. Traces with ground carriers take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
Though our warehouses give great attention to packaging every order for shipment, damage can occur in transit. In the case of damage we must go to the carrier company to receive reimbursement for these damages. By signing the delivery receipt you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage means that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your account. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of your Pinball Life account at any time without prior notice.
