Canadian Service Update 12/3/18

As of today we are once again offering USPS international shipping services to Canada. Please be aware that all shipments handled by the USPS post office to Canada are turned over to the Canadian Post for delivery inside Canada. This will almost certainly cause delays in the delivery of all parcels.

If you choose USPS Priority International or USPS Express International, the delivery estimate is unknown. The Canadian Post is updating their website with delivery updates (see link below). We will not reship any missing or delayed packages if USPS is the carrier to Canada. Further, one successful parcel delivery to Canada does not guarantee that any following parcels to Canada will bare the same fruit.

The Canadian Post is predicting service delays for many weeks, or even months. In short, coupled with the Christmas shipping season being in full swing, its all one big hot mess.

Is the Canadian postal strike over? 11/29/18

Yes, the Canadian postal strike is over. However, we are still suspending service via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as parcels shipping with this service are delivered via the Canadian Postal Service. Please read the information in the link below regarding the backlogs that exist. New shipments will not arrive in a timely manner.

Canadian Delivery Update 11/26/2018

Shipments to Canada via the United States Postal Service is still unavailable due to the Canadian postal strike. The only delivery service currently available to Canada is via FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority service. We realize FedEx is considerably more expensive however it's the most reliable method during this strike and holiday season.

Standard pinballs have suddenly become rare due to a major manufacturer making the decision to stop producing them.

We are working on alternatives, but this is going to take some time and effort. Once our current inventory is depleted we will be out of stock for several months.

Rage Tilt 11/19/18

As of 11/19/18, all shipments to Canada are temporarily suspended due to strikes by the Canadian Union of Postal workers. The strike is causing widespread delivery delays. This strike along with the holiday season will result in extensive wait times and potential lost packages. We will allow Canadian shipments again once we hear that delivery times have returned to their normal state. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Verify your account!

We've updated our site and you'll notice some of the following changes in your account.

  • You log in using your email address. Some customers were registered multiple times on our old system and this will cause some issues if you don't remember your most recent email. Call us at 847-515-3415 (ask for Lori) or email pinballoffice@gmail.com and we'll help you get logged in.
  • Please verify the addresses that are on file in your account. We transferred the most recent billing and shipping (if one existed) from your old account. Take an extra minute to review the addresses that are stored so your order ships where you expect it to.
  • Your order history was not transferred over to our new site due to the different platforms the web sites were built on. We apologize for this inconvenience but you can request order information from our old site if you email us at pinballoffice@gmail.com.

We now offer Guest Checkout if you don't want to register for an account. Please keep in mind that you still have to enter your key information because we need to bill and ship your order to you. Guest Checkouts will not appear in your order history.
